Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
